  2. 2 tbls. flour

  3. 1 cup canned pineapple juice

  4. 3 tbls. lemon juice

  5. 1/2 cup whipping crream, whipped

  1. Pour all ingredients except whipped cream into a blender. Pour blended fruit mixture into the top of a double boiler. Cook in the double boiler over boiling water stirring constantly until thick. Remove from the stove and chill for an hour. fold whipped cream into chilled fruit mixture. Serve chilled.
