  1. oats 3/4 cup

  2. Rice flour 1/2 cup

  3. Sooji (or wheat flour) 1/4 cup

  4. Green chilli 1 (no, chopped )

  5. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp

  6. Ginger chopped 1 tsp

  7. Cumin seeds 1 tsp

  8. Pepper 1 tsp

  9. Onion 1 (no,chopped )

  10. Salt (as needed)

  11. Water

  1. Make a thin batter of the all the ingredients except onion.

  2. Heat dosa pan and sprinkle the onions and then pour the batter to make dosa.Sprinkle little oil.

  3. Cook in medium flame and no need to flip,when the dosa becomes golden brown,take out and transfer to the serving plate
