  1. Glazed Baby Carrots

  2. 1 cup baby carrots

  3. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  4. 2 teaspoons orange juice

  5. 1 teaspoon sugar

  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

  7. pepper to taste

  8. Place carrots in a saucepan; add 1" of water. Bring to a boil.

  9. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.

  10. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter. Add orange juice,

  11. sugar, mustard and pepper; cook and stir until thickened. Drain

  12. carrots; drizzle with butter mixture. Yields 1 serving.
