  1. 1 c. mashed potato es (nothing added)

  2. 1 c. flour

  3. 1 egg

  1. Combine mashed potatoes, flour and egg.

  2. Drop in boiling water. When they rise to top, cook 10 min. Rinse in cold water.

  3. Serve with pork roast and use drippings to pour on dumplings. Serve with sauerkraut
