  1. 3 tb Sour Cream, reduced fat 

  2. 1 lb Cabbage, sliced thin

  3. 3 tb Apple Cider Vinegar 

  4. 1/4 sm Red Onion, chopped

  5. 2 ts Sugar 

  6. 1/4 Green Pepper, chopped

  7. 1 ts Salt 

  8. 1 Carrot, shredded

  9. 6 dr Tobasco Sauce, or Hot Sauce

  1. Stir together sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and tobasco sauce in small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 to 2 days.

  2. Place cabbage, onion, pepper and carrot in plastic storage bag. Seal.

  3. Refrigerate 1 to 2 days.

  4. Before serving, combine sour cream mixture and cabbage mixture in large bowl. This may be done up to 1 day before serving. Serve cold.
