  1. 4 packets of yeast s (30 gr) 1/4 C warm water 1/2 C flour 6 C all purpose flour 2 cups of sugar 5 Egg s 1 1/4 C Butter 1/4 C Orange blossom water / or powder cinnamon (for flavor) 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 Eggs / sugar / sesame seeds (for decorating)

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and add the ½ C of flour, make a soft ball of dough and let it sit for 15 min. Make a dough with the 6 cups of flour, eggs, sugar, butter and orange water blossom/ cinnamon. Knead the dough adding the yeast mixture. Let the dough sit for 2 hours in a warm place until it doubles its size. Form the buns into desired size, and decorate with small pieces of dough. Place the buns on a greased tray and let them sit again until the size is doubled. Decorate with scrambled egg and sugar or sesame seeds. Bake at 375° F for 20-30 minutes.
