  1. Impossible Rhubarb Streusel Pie Yield: 6 Servings

  2. 2 tb butter, firm

  3. 1/4 c brown sugar, packed

  4. 1/4 c nuts, chopped

  5. 16 oz frozen rhubarb, thawed and drained

  6. 3/4 c milk

  7. 2 eggs

  8. 1 c sugar

  9. 1/2 c bisquick

  10. 2 tb butter, softened

  11. 1 ts ground cinnamon

  12. 1/4 ts ground nutmeg

  13. 375. Grease a

  14. 9" pie plate. Prepare Streusel Topping,

  15. reserve. Arrange rhubarb evenly in plate. Beat remaining ingred.

  16. til smooth 15 sec. on high in blender. Pour into plate. Sprinkle

  17. evenly with Streusel Topping. Bake until knife inserted in center

  18. comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Serve with sweetened whipped

  19. cream if desired.

  20. STREUSEL TOPPING, Cut butter into baking mix and brown sugar til

  21. crumbly, stir in nuts.

  22. 10" plate. Increase rhubarb to

  23. 2 1/2-3 c.

  24. 1/4 c., add

  25. 1/4 c. flour.
