  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Haddock or bream fillets - cut 1/2" cubes

  2. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Onions - finely sliced (small)

  3. Juice of 6 lemons

  4. 4 oz 113g Cucumber - finely diced

  5. 4 oz 113g Carrot - finely diced

  6. 4 oz 113g Celery - finely diced

  1. Place fish, onion and lemon juice in a bowl. Cover with a cloth and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

  2. When 'cooked' strain off lemon juice and stir in chopped vegetables. Serve this mixture chilled with coconut mayonnaise dressing in a separate bowl.

  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
