  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Eggplant - cut round slices (large)

  2. Abt 1/2" thick

  3. Olive oil - as needed

  4. 2 Garlic cloves - minced

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Oregano

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Onion powder

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Basil

  1. Rub each round with the olive oil, then sprinkle on both sides with the herbs. Place on the griddle and cook until just soft.
