  1. 5 cups blue tortilla chips (about 4 1/2 oz)

  2. 4 oz (half an 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened

  3. 1/8 teaspoon chipotle chile powder

  4. 2 tablespoons chopped roasted red bell peppers (from a jar)

  5. 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives, halved

  6. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  1. Spread tortilla chips on large serving platter.

  2. In small bowl, place cream cheese. Stir in chipotle chile powder until well mixed.

  3. In small resealable food-storage plastic bag, spoon cream cheese mixture; seal bag. Cut off tiny corner of bag. Squeeze bag to drizzle mixture over tortilla chips. Top with remaining ingredients.
