  1. 3 3/4 cups skim milk

  2. 1 cup brown sugar , unpacked

  3. 4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

  5. 2 teaspoons ground cloves

  6. 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  7. 8 ounces fat free egg substitute

  8. 15 ounces unsweetened applesauce

  9. 3 cups wheat flour , whole-grain

  10. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  11. 4 ounces golden seedless raisins

  12. 1 teaspoon table salt

  13. 16 ounces oat bran, uncooked

  14. 1 ounce flax seed

  1. Mix cereal, sugar, & milk. Set aside.

  2. Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs & applesauce. Stir into cereal mixture.

  3. Spray muffin tins, no liners.

  4. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Knife around edges if necessary to remove.
