  2. GREEN GARLIC CHILI

  7. 2 lb Beef use any desired cuts

  8. 1/2 c Olive oil

  9. 3 Bulbs fresh garlic

  10. 6 Fresh green chiles

  11. 1/2 ts Salt

  12. 1/2 ts White pepper

  13. 1 lg Onion

  14. 3 lg Green tomatoes

  15. Cut beef into slices or 1/2 inch cubes. Heat oil in

  16. skillet and cook beef until well-done and tender.

  17. Separate bulbs into cloves and peel. Place whole

  18. cloves in skillet and cook until tender. Add green

  19. chiles and onions. Dice green tomatoes and add to

  20. skillet. Add the remainder of the seasonings and cook, covered to retain as much juice as possible. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
