  1. 1 sm Green pepper

  2. 3/4c Cut-up cooked chicken,

  3. 3 tb Raisins

  4. 1 tb Soy sauce

  5. 2 tb Vinegar Broth

  6. 3/4c Chicken, turkey or meat

  7. 1 tb Cornstarch

  8. 2 tb Sugar

  9. 1 tb Fat or oil Turkey, beef or pork

  1. + Directions : Cut green pepper in 1" pieces. Cook slowly in fat or oil in a heated fry pan about 10 minutes,until tender. Mix sugar and cornstarch. Mix in broth,vinegar and soy sauce;add to green pepper. Cook over medium heat,stirring until sauce is clear and thickened. Add meat and raisins. Heat. Serves 2.
