  1. 1 whole(s) rotisserie chicken , deboned, shredded 1 medium white onion , chopped 2 clove(s) garlic , minced 2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine

  2. 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup

  3. 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup

  4. 1 can(s) (12 oz.) chicken broth

  5. 1 can(s) (small) green chiles , diced, with liquid 1 package(s) (fajita size) flour tortillas

  6. 1 pound(s) medium cheddar or monterey jack cheese , grated

  1. In medium saucepan over medium heat, add butter and let melt. Add onion and garlic and sautee until onions and garlic are soft.

  2. Add cream of chicken, cream of mushroom and chicken broth. Stir with a wire whisk until smooth. Add green chiles including the liquid and turn the heat down to low.

  3. Layer in this order: Tortillas, sauce, cheese. Repeat until all sauce is used and top with remaining cheese.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and enjoy!
