  2. 1 pound boneless beef round steak, slices into 1/2 inch pieces

  3. 1 cup chopped onion

  4. 1 cup chopped celery

  5. two 14 1/2 ounce cans diced tomatoes with juices

  6. 15 ounce can tomato sauce

  7. 3 tsp. chili powder

  8. 2 tsp. ground cumin

  9. 1/4 tsp. dried oregano

  10. 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

  11. 1 cup chopped bell pepper

  12. 15 ounce can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

  1. Combine beef, onion, celery, diced tomatoes with juices, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano and cinnamon in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours until beef and vegetables are tender. Uncover and add bell pepper and kidney beans. Increase heat to high and cook, uncovered, about 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
