  1. 3 large tomatoes , sliced

  2. 1/3 cup flat leaf parsley

  3. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

  4. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

  5. 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves

  6. 2 scallions , sliced (with tops)

  7. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese plain yogurt

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Arrange tomatoes on serving platter.

  2. Chop herbs and scallions.

  3. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese and yogurt; sprinkle over tomatoes. Sprinkle cheese over herbs.

  4. Serve with yogurt. ?
