  1. 5 lbs frozen chicken thighs

  2. 1 cup sugar

  3. 1 cup soy sauce

  4. 1 cup catsup

  5. Thaw out chicken thighs. Put into a deep pan and put the other ingredients into the pan and stir around. Let sit over nite in the refrig or all day... then put on top the stove and simmer for a couple of hours... stir occasionally. The slower then better... Tastes better the next day even, so make plenty. It also freezes great.
