  1. 1/4 cup(s) butter or margarine

  2. 1 medium onion , chopped

  3. 2 clove(s) garlic , minced

  4. 4 ounce(s) mixed sliced wild mushrooms , (crimini, shiitake, oyster)

  5. 1 package(s) (9 ounces) fresh fettuccini

  6. 1/4 cup(s) white wine

  7. 1 1/4 cup(s) 1% milk

  8. 1 package(s) (3 ounces) Neufchatel cheese

  9. 2 tablespoon(s) grated Parmesan cheese

  10. 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

  11. 1 pinch(s) ground nutmeg

  12. 2 tablespoon(s) chopped parlsey

  1. In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook 6 to 7 minutes, until tender. Stir in mushrooms and cook 4 minutes. Cook fettuccini according to package directions.

  2. Add wine to skillet and boil 1 minute. Stir in milk, NeufchÂtel, Parmesan, salt, and nutmeg. Toss cooked pasta with sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
