  1. 1 (2 lb.) boneless beef eye roast

  2. 1/2 t. onion powder

  3. 1 t. beef boullion granules

  4. 1 t. marjoram crushed

  5. 1 t. garlic powder

  6. 1 t. dried parsley flakes

  1. Mix herbs, boullion, powder and parsley in a container. Pour some into a custard cup. Rub over roast in the morning, leave in fridge until 1/2 hour before removing. Spray the Flavorwave rack and put roast in cooker. Cook 18 min. per lb. and check doneness. May need 10 minutes more. Yield: serves 3 Notes: Used more herb mixture in the gravy, which was 1 cup beef broth, a bit of drippings, a T. of butter and T. of cornstarch. Made buttered carrots and Cheesy Pot. Bake from file. Have also made buttered baked potatoes for Lee and Liz. Wonderful flavor for roast.
