  1. 4 chicken breasts

  2. 1 small onion (chopped )

  3. 1 teaspoon garlic salt and pepper (to taste )

  4. 1 teaspoon basil

  5. 1 1/2 tablespoons ground ginger

  6. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  7. 1 dash msg (optional- can you believe people stiil use this?) oil (for frying )

  8. 1 tablespoon margarine

  9. 1 tablespoon flour

  10. 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule (or 1 cube)

  11. 1/2 cup water

  12. 1/2 cup sherry wine parsley (to garnish)

  1. Marinate chicken with onion, garlic, salt and pepper, basil, ginger, worcestershire & MSG for 1 hour, refrigerated.

  2. Saute chicken in oil until golden brown. Remove to baking dish.

  3. In skillet, add remaining ingredients except parsley. Simmer until it becomes thick and makes a nice sauce. Pour sauce on chicken breasts.

  4. Bake for 1 hour.

  5. 0*. Garnish with fresh parsley. ?
