  1. 4 ea Pigs' feet

  2. 1 ea Onion

  3. 6 ea Cloves

  4. 1 T Salt

  5. 3 c Vinegar

  6. 12 ea Peppercorns, black

  7. 1 ea Bay leaf

  1. + Split the pigs' feet, scrub thoroughly and cover with cold water.

  2. Add the vinegar and bring to a boil.

  3. Skim off the top.

  4. Add seasonings and boil slowly for 2 hours.

  5. Cool in liquid and serve cold.
