Polish sausage Krout Recipe

    1. 2 packages Premio mild sausages -

    2. 1 onion - diced -

    3. 1 1/2 ounces ketchup your choice -

    4. 1 cup mushrooms -

    5. 1 head cabbage - shredded -

    6. 1 pinch salt and pepper

    1. Add cabbage, ketchup salt & pepper to a pot and boil. Cut sausages to small pieces and brown in pan. In separate pan brown the onions. Once the cabbage is ready lower the heat to simmer and add mushrooms, onions, and sausage. Simmer for an hour. Let stand and serve with any meats such as turkey, roasts, pork, etc.
