  1. 1 large jar spaghetti sauce

  2. 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles (uncooked)

  3. 1 medium carton cottage cheese

  4. 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach

  5. 1 egg

  6. 2 to 3 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded Oregano and Italian seasonings to taste Parmesan cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour spaghetti sauce into a 13- x 9- x 2-inch pan to cover the bottom. Arrange the uncooked noodles on the sauce. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, spinach, egg, 1 to 1 1/2 cups of the mozzarella cheese (depending on how much you like), and seasonings. Pour this over the noodles. Pour the remainder of the sauce on top. Cover with as much cheese as you like. (Sometimes we add Parmesan.) Bake 45 to 60 minutes (the last 15 or so uncovered to brown the cheese).
