  1. Package of dried apricot s from produce section 1 large bar of Swiss Bittersweet chocolate

  1. Break the chocolate bar into pieces and melt in a small bowl in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir and repeat until chocolate is smooth. Dip ½ of apricot in the melted chocolate and place on a jelly roll pan lined with wax paper. Repeat until all apricots are dipped then place in refrigerator until chocolate firms up. Apricots can be stored in a ziploc or sealed in an airtight container
