  1. 2 cups baby spinach leaves

  2. 5 strawberries , hulled and sliced

  3. 6 -8 basil leaves , torn into small pieces

  4. shredded parmesan cheese

  5. 1/4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing

  1. Place spinach in a bowl and then place the strawberries over the spianch. Then sprinkle the basil over the strawberries, then add cheese to your liking. Toss with dressing.

  2. If taking for lunch then take the dressing in a separate container.

  3. If using for a dinner salad, add some grilled chicken on top!
