  1. 1 cup Small broccoli florets

  2. 1 cup Ricotta cheese

  3. 1 tablespoon Oil-pk sun-dried

  4. Tomatoes -- chop fine

  5. 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  6. 1/3 cup Marinara sauce

  7. 1 12" pizza crust

  8. 2 tablespoons Pinenuts -- toates

  9. 1/4 teaspoon Cracked black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 450~. Cook broccoli in pan of boiling salted water 2 minutes; drain. Combine ricotta, tomatoes and salt in small bowl. Spread sauce over crust. Spoon dollops or cheese mixture on top. Add broccoli. Sprinkle with pine nuts and pepper. Bake 10 minutes. Recipe By :
