  1. 1/2 cup fresh cilantro

  2. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  3. 1 tablespoon finely chopped canned jalapeno pepper

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce

  5. 1 teaspoon olive oil

  6. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  7. 2 (16 ounce) cans cannellini beans or 2 (16 ounce) cans other white beans , rinsed and drained

  8. 2 garlic cloves , minced

  9. 1/4 cup chopped seeded plum tomato

  10. 1/4 minced green onion

  1. Place first 8 ingredients in a food processor, and process until smooth.

  2. Top with tomato and onions.
