  2. 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

  3. 1 garlic clove, minced

  4. 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs

  5. 2 teaspoons dried basil

  6. 1 teaspoon paprika

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  9. 1 pound chicken tenderloins

  2. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and juices run clear. Yield: 4 servings.
