  1. 1/2 cup sesame seeds

  2. 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs

  3. 2 pounds smoked or oven-roasted turkey breast, cut in 3/4-inch cubes

  4. 5 eggs, lightly beaten

  5. oil for deep frying

  1. Mix sesame seeds and bread crumbs together. Using a toothpick or skewer, dip turkey cubes in beaten egg, then roll in bread crumb mixture to coat throughly. Place on waxed paper-lined pan while oil is heating. Heat oil to 370°. Deep fry turkey until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Serve with Honey Mustard Sauce or Sweet and Sour Sauce .
