  1. 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  2. 3/4 cup toasted wheat germ

  3. 1-1/4 teaspoons salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder and dried oregano

  5. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

  6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  7. 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3-1/2 to 4 pounds), cut up

  8. 1 cup buttermilk

  1. Chicken Parmesan Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the cheese, wheat germ and seasonings. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk, then add to bag, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat.

  2. Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until juices run clear. Yield: 4 servings.
