  1. 1 can sweetened condensed milk--I use low fat or fat free

  2. 1 small carton low fat or fat free cool whip

  3. 1 small can frozen limeade (or lemonade)

  4. 1 small bag shredded or flaked cocoanut

  5. 1 graham cracker pie crust--I use low fat

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients together in mixing bowl until thoroughly smooth. Stir cocoanut into mixture. Pour into graham cracker pie crust 2 Refrigerate until pie is set, about 3 to 4 hours. It is better if you allow it to set overnight.

  2. If desired, you can top with more Coolwhip or whip cream to "dress" it up.
