  1. 750g mixed veg e.g. roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, cabbage and sprouts

  2. 150g cooked or turkey

  3. 4 dollops of Hellmanns Real Mayonnaise (1 dollop is a level tablespoon of mayonnaise / 15ml)

  4. 1 egg

  5. 1 tbsp oil

  1. Mash together the cold roast potatoes, parsnips, cooked carrots, cabbage and sprouts with a little chopped turkey. Mix the mayonnaise and egg together and bind together with the veg mix.

  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, fill with mixture and level off with a spoon. Fry over a moderate heat for 5 mins and then place under a moderate grill until golden brown.

  3. Turn out onto a serving dish. Great served with side salad.
