  1. 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

  2. 5 egg s, divided

  3. 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses , divided

  4. 1 onion , chopped

  5. 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach , thawed, drained

  6. 1/2 cup red pepper strips

  7. 2 tomatoes , sliced

  1. HEAT oven to 400ºF.

  2. PREPARE stuffing as directed on package. Add 1 egg; mix well. Press onto bottom of greased 9-inch square baking dish; sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese.

  3. COOK and stir onions in medium nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray 5 min. or until tender. Remove from heat; stir in spinach. Spoon half over cheese layer in baking dish; top with peppers. Cover with layers of remaining cheese and spinach mixture. Beat remaining eggs; pour over ingredients in baking dish. Top with tomatoes.

  4. BAKE 35 to 40 min. or until center is set.
