  1. Hazelnut Butter

  3. Sugar , to taste

  4. Hazelnut Beef Kabob

  5. 1 lbs Stew Meat

  6. 3 Tbsp Hazelnut Butter , from the recipe above

  7. 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  8. Salt & Pepper , to taste

  1. Hazelnut Butter Grind the hazelnuts in a food processor until it because a paste.

  2. Add the sugar to taste while the food processor is running.

  3. Hazelnut Beef Kabob Slice the stew meat into small cubes.

  4. Mix the meat with the hazelnut butter, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  5. Let it sit for at least an hour to over night in the refrigerator.

  6. Screw the meat and place on the grill.

  7. Cook for about 10-15 minutes depending on how large are the pieces.

  8. Serve
