  1. 1/4 lb Salmon

  2. 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce

  3. 1 tsp Oil

  4. 1 Tbsp Butter

  5. 1 Handful Shiitake Mushrooms , sliced

  6. 2 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce

  7. 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil

  8. 2 Strips Bacon

  9. 1 Bun

  10. Lettuce

  11. Tomato

  12. Blue Cheese

  1. Marinate the salmon in the teriyaki sauce up to over night. Heat the oil in a pan. Saute the salmon in the oil until just crispy. Melt the butter in a pan.

  2. Saute the mushrooms in the butter until golden brown. Add the teriyaki sauce and sesame oil and saute until evaporated. Fry the bacon until crispy. Assemble burger.
