  1. 500g diced beef

  2. 2 - 3 cups of your choice of vegetables

  3. 2-3 tbs plain flour

  4. Water (1/4 cup red wine optional)

  5. 1 tbs foodies smokey bacon blend

  6. 1 med onion ,

  7. 1 med capsicum (diced)

  8. 420g tin of diced tomatoes

  9. 1 stalk celery (diced)

  10. 40g packet of french onion soup mix

  11. Olive oil

  1. Combine Foodies Smokey Bacon Blend with plain flour & add diced beef to coat.

  2. Add oil to fry pan & sauté onion, capsicum & celery. Remove & add to Casserole dish.

  3. Add oil to fry pan again & brown floured diced beef. Remove & add to Casserole dish.

  4. To Casserole dish, add remaining ingredients & stir.

  5. Cook for 1.5 hours in moderate oven (180C Fan Forced), stirring 2-3 times.

  6. Serve with Rice
