  1. 250 gm POTATO (Chopped )

  4. 25 gm corn flour

  5. 1 tsp CHILLI POWDER

  6. 2 (whole) ONION

  7. 30 gm GREEN peas

  8. 50 gm BUTTER

  9. 20 gm Ghee

  10. pinch KESARI POWDER

  1. boil all the vegintables (potato, green piece, and gobi)

  2. after boiling slightly mesh all these vegitables add solt, butter , chilli powder, cornflor, and kesari powder smash slightly all these things make a mixture in to small sized disk.

  3. pour rusk powder in to that piece. fry in the dhosai kadai, and apply slightly gee a hot and good healthy cutlet ready to deat.

  4. we can have tomato souse with the cutlet as a sidish
