  1. 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

  2. 1 cup mayonnaise

  3. 1/2 teaspoon celery salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

  5. 1/4 teaspoon onion salt

  6. 1/4 cup chopped green onion

  7. 3 cups frozen chopped spinach , thawed,well-drained

  8. 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts , drained,finely chopped

  9. 1/2 red bell pepper , chopped

  1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and seasonings.

  2. Stir in onions, spinach, water chestnuts and red pepper.

  3. Cover; refrigerate a few hours to blend flavors.

  4. Serve with crisp vegetable dippers and assorted crackers or bread.

  5. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
