  1. 1 lb hamburger

  2. 1 small onion , diced

  3. 1 cup fresh cut up mushroom

  4. 1 garlic clove , minced

  5. 2 teaspoons liquid gravy browner

  6. 1 cup precooked macaroni

  7. 2 tablespoons flour

  8. 2 tablespoons of dry grated cheddar cheese

  9. pepper

  1. In a microwavable casserole dish, cook hamburger on high for approximately 5 minutes.

  2. Saute mushrooms very lightly in fry pan,using pan spray.

  3. To partially cooked hamburger, add onion, mushrooms, beef flavor,garlic, flour mixed with enough water to form a paste --

  4. Stir well and cook again at medium level power for another 5 minutes --

  5. Now add enough water to create a little more gravy. Also add the precooked macaroni & grated cheese.

  6. Cook again on medium power until hot,5 to 10 minutes -- .
