  1. 5 eggs (or 4 or 6 - depending upon how "fluffy you want the "crust")

  2. 8 ounces cream cheese , softened

  3. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 dash pepper

  7. 1 cup shredded hard cheese

  8. tomato sauce , cheese, toppings

  1. Spread cream cheese on bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

  2. Beat eggs. Add seasonings and cheese. Pour over cream cheese.

  3. Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes.

  4. Pull it out of oven. Add regular toppings - seasoned tomato sauce or pizza sauce. Cheeses as you like. Toppings as you like.

  5. Bake additional 15-20 minutes.
