  1. 1 10-oz Package(s) washed and ready-to-eat fresh spinach

  2. 2-3 Large ripe, California Bartlett pears, cored, quartered and sliced

  3. 1 Large California Avocado, peeled and diced

  4. 3-4 Slice(s) bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

  5. 1/4 Cup(s) pine nuts, toasted

  6. 1/2 Cup(s) dried cranberries

  7. 1/4 Cup(s) fresh sliced mushrooms, optional

  8. 1/3 Cup(s) olive oil

  9. 2 Tablespoon(s) seasoned rice vinegar

  10. 1 Clove(s) garlic, crushed

  11. 1/4 Teaspoon(s) salt

  12. 1-2 Teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard, to taste

  1. Combine spinach, pears, avocado, bacon, pine nuts, cranberries and mushrooms in salad bowl. In a small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients together and drizzle over salad. Toss before serving.
