  1. marinade

  2. 1/8c worcestershire

  3. 1 t balsalmic vinegar

  4. 1/4 t liquid smoke

  5. 3 T butter , melted

  6. 1/8 - 1/4 c evoo

  7. 2 oz Jack Daniels

  8. juice and zest from 1/2 a lemon

  9. 3 cloves of garlic , minced

  10. 1-2 t minced onion (fresh onion )

  11. 1 t monterey steak seasoning

  12. 1/2 t dried mustard

  13. fresh ground pepper

  14. parsley

  15. KEBABS

  16. 2 thick sirloin steaks , cut into large chunks

  17. pearl onions

  18. grape tomatoes

  19. Large white mushrooms

  20. 2 red peppers , cut into large chunks

  1. MARINADE

  2. Simmer all ingredients together about 10-20 minutes (just coking off the strong alcohol taste)

  3. Allow to cool

  4. Pour half over meat in ziploc bag, reserve other half

  5. Marinate 3 hours to overnight in fridge, turning ocasionally

  6. Keep reserved marinade til ready to grill

  7. Take meat out of fridge 30 minutes before grilling, discard used marinade

  8. KEBABS

  9. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes

  10. Thread with meat and veggies

  11. Place in glass oblong dish, and brush with reserved marinade

  12. Grill over low heat about 8 minutes on and turn halfway over, brush with resrved marinade, and grill 8 minutes more

  13. **Since originally coming up with this recipe, I often use the marinade for whole steaks and just put the veggies on a kabob**
