  1. 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon , finely chopped

  2. 1 clove garlic , minced

  3. 5 cups cooked dried pinto or black beans , drained, broth reserved

  4. Salt

  5. 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  1. COOK bacon in skillet on medium heat until crisp. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min.

  2. ADD beans, 1 cup at a time, mashing beans well after each addition. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook until bean mixture is consistency of a thick paste. If bean mixture is too dry, gradually stir in reserved bean broth until mixture is of desired consistency. Discard any remaining bean broth.

  3. SEASON bean mixture with salt to taste; sprinkle with cheese.
