  1. 8 eggs

  2. 250ml milk

  3. salt and pepper to taste

  4. 225g diced ham

  5. 140g processed cheese, such as Kraft singles, unwrapped and chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.

  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl, making sure that they are mixed very well and have a 'frothy' top. Add the milk, salt and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Stir in ham, then add cheese pieces and stir well. Pour mixture into a well greased 4 litre or similar sized baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
