  1. 4 Half chicken breasts

  2. 1 1/4 lbs total 1/2 ts Salt

  3. 1/2 ts Dried basil, finely crushed

  4. 1/4 ts Dried tarragon

  5. - finely crushed 1/4 ts Paprika

  6. 1/8 ts White pepper

  7. 2 tb Flour

  8. 1 tb Olive -OR- vegetable oil

  9. 2 Garlic cloves, finely minced

  10. 3/4 c Chicken broth

  11. 1 tb White wine vinegar

  12. 1 ts Lemon juice

  13. 2 c Halved seedless red grapes

  14. 1 tb Finely chopped fresh parsley

  15. 5 minutes. Add grapes and cook, uncovered,

  16. 5 minutes longer or just until chicken is tender. Remove chicken and grapes to heated serving platter. Boil pan liquid

  17. 1 minute and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes
