  2. 1 pound ground beef

  3. 1 package taco seasoning

  4. 2 cups chicken broth

  5. 1/4 cup flour

  6. 1 cup sour cream

  7. 7 ounces green chilies -- diced

  8. 11 ounces corn or tortilla chips

  9. 2 cups monterey jack or cheddar -- shredded

  10. 1/2 cup green onions -- sliced w/tops

  1. Brown meat and stir until crumbly; drain fat. Add taco seasoing; blend well. In small bowl, combine broth and flour. Add to meat mixture; bring to a boil to slightly thicken. Stir in sour cream and chilies; blend well.

  2. In 13 x 9" baking dish (lightly greased), place 1/2 of the chips. Top with 1/2 of the beef mixture, 1/2 of the suace, half of the cheese, and half of the green onions. Layer again with remaining ingredients ending with green onions. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
