  1. 5 Ripe avocados, peeled and -coarsely chopped

  2. 2 c Chicken broth

  3. 1/4 c Chopped onion

  4. 2 c Half and half

  5. 1 ts Salt

  6. 1 pn White pepper

  7. 2 ts Lemon juice

  1. Lemon slices to garnish Combine avocados and broth in blender. Blend until smooth. Place in a bowl you can cover. Add onions, stir in half and half, salt, and pepper.

  2. cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, stir in lemon juice.

  3. Garnish with lemon slices.

  4. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
