  1. 1 c instant mashed potato flakes

  2. 1 c hot water

  3. 1 t salt

  4. 2 egg s

  5. 1 c flour

  1. Mix together the potato, water and salt. Cool for about 15 minutes. Stir in the eggs and ¾ c of the flour. On a floured board, kneed until not stickey. Make about 10 or 12 small balls. Boil a large pot of water with a little salt. Drop the balls into the water and cook until they come to the top. Remove and drain on a towel.
