  1. 3 c Chicken broth

  2. 1 tb Cornstarch, mixed with

  3. 2 tb White vinegar

  4. 1/2 ts Pepper

  5. 1 ts Salt

  6. 2 tb Dry sherry

  7. 2 tb Soy sauce

  8. 2 oz Bean curd

  9. 4 Chinese mushrooms **

  10. 1/3 lb Lean pork

  11. 2 tb Water

  1. * shredded in to match stick pieces **(soak 20-30 minutes in warm water and bring broth to a boil in a wok, add pork, mushrooms, and bean curd.

  2. Simmer for 8 minutes until pork is done.

  3. Add soy sauce, salt, sherry, pepper, and vinegar.

  4. Continue to heat until mixture thickens.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy.

  6. I add two more ingredients if you desire.

  7. I add two or three drops of chilli oil to add more zip and heat.

  8. I also like to garnish with chopped scallion greens.
