  1. 3 cups orange juice

  2. 3 cups individually frozen raspberries

  3. 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

  4. 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk

  1. In a blender container, place first three ingredients. Cover and process at high until smooth. Press mixture through sieve to remove raspberry seeds. Stir in milk and serve in chilled glasses.
